She is not only a huntress but also a defender and protector of wilderness ,wild fauna , young virgin girls and women in labour.
Am I a hunter /huntress ? do I hunt ? Im not so sure even who" I" is at this moment
so to clarify for myself and share with anyone who cares ...
I am a spiritual being having a human experience .
Yes that covers it and probably explains the choice of title for this blog.
Am I a huntress? ahhh yes ! I seek out (hunt) and celebrate that which nurtures me (the spiritual being)
The only thing I will say at this point is that I am not sure that hunting is what I do .
I search but mainly ,I wait.I wait and "see" .
NOW ... am I a goddess of hunting ??? No certainly not OF hunting .I am everything so if I were to adhere to the concept of goddess as some thing then I ,like every one else , I am a goddess.
Am I unbound?.....was my "Artemis "bound ,tied up? shackled ? yes ... now free to roam self confidently
What bound me and can still trip me up and challenge me ? My ego ,my "ordinary "mind .
that is my challenge ... to be what I am , to be, and remain ,in all circumstances, aware of the true self that lives in the gap between thoughts at the still silent centre.
It is quite fascinating isn't it ,living in this world we have created?
